I love me some Thanksgiving. Leftover turkey, leftover pumpkin pie, swiping cheese and crackers off the table when no one’s looking. Its just the best day of the year. This will be my first year celebrating Turkey Day with the Rousey clan, so I’ll see what I can do about behaving.
It seems that back in Colorado, PoolDawg is running their annual sale. I got my porcelain paws on a copy of the email that’s going out, so I thought I’d share it with you a little early.
I’m sure there are restrictions and all that jazz, so be sure to head over to PoolDawg’s black friday page to check it out.
As I’m sure you’ve all guessed, shooting a commercial takes a lot of time and work. Its never done in just one take, which means we have to do the same thing over and over again. After about the 20th take, I needed a break. Now I have some “stand ins” that help me out from time to time (being a full time mascot can be pretty exhausting, you know). Well, one of the stand ins weaseled his way into one of the takes. The results were pretty disastrous.
It all goes really well until the end of the shot. That’s when “the other” Frank gets all nervous and ends up piddling on the cards. Seriously not cool. Naturally I kept a copy of it just as a reminder to that marketing guy that you can’t replace old Frank T. Dawg.

Well, my journey to Bristol Tennessee is over and Sarah and I are back in beautiful Bloomington, Illinois. We had a blast and even though Sarah didn’t get any pictures of me in front of the totally sweet guitar building, she got lots of great pictures and introduced me to even more new friends.

While we were at the event, I even got to hang out for a bit in the commentator’s booth with Leann Amable and Brittany Bryant. After getting rowdy with Sarah though, I was a bit sore. Fortunately, my new pal Holly Sholes had some soothing Muscle Rub which helped out a bit.

All the people at the event were totally kick ass. I had such a good time with Sarah that I might try and convince her to keep me around for the US Open. We’ll see how she feels about dragging me out to Norman, Oklahoma. In the meantime, you can check out all the pictures from the event on our Flickr page.
