Our girl Debbie came off of a couple of thriller hill-hill matches to take on #20 seed Kim White in her third match of the 2008 WPBA Championships. This one wasn’t quite as close with the tall one downing Kim White 9-4 to move on to the next round.
In her fourth match, Debbie will be matched up against Jennifer Chen with the winner going on to face the loser of the Kelly Fisher vs Yu Ram Cha match.

Well, the tall lady and I are here in Hollywood Florida for the WPBA championships and thus far its been pretty interesting. Debbie lost her opening round match in a 9-8 thriller to Asia Cycak, but she refused to let the loss get to her. In her second match, she sent Mirjana Grujicic packing with a 9-8 victory, setting up a third round match with Kim White. Debbie will be playing Kim at 11:45AM EST, so I’ll be back later today with the results of the match.
In the “Friends of Frank” watch, Monica Webb, Helena Thornfeldt and Sarah Rousey all won their first two matches. They’ll be matched up against three of the biggest names in the WPBA, with Monica going against Jeanette Lee, Helena matching up with Allison Fisher and Sarah taking on Karen Corr.
